You’ll be confident managing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and proactively sourcing hard-to-find talent in a fast-paced environment. Managing recruitment across high-volume niche portfolios Building strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels Acting as a trusted advisor, influencing and consulting on hiring strategy, market insights and talent solutions Proactively sourcing hard-to-find candidates using: Seek Talent Search LinkedIn Recruiter Internal referral networks Developing talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through transparent, accessible and timely communication Providing market intelligence and recruitment reporting to support workforce planning Driving continuous improvement and innovative sourcing strategies We need a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes ownership of your portfolio. You’re solutions-focused, accountable and comfortable working autonomously while remaining highly collaborative. You will bring: Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment Demonstrated success sourcing and placing hard-to-fill roles Strong capability using Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter Experience leveraging internal referral programs and networks Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills The ability to manage high-volume recruitment with competing priorities A proactive, resilient and outcomes-driven mindset Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency and accessibility
